Fall Work Days Have Begun

Every Sunday from 12 PM - 5 PM fall work days will happen, no matter the weather. All hands are needed to help get Fergi operational for the 2023-2024 winter season. Remember Fergi is an all-volunteer run ski hill. Without volunteers, we would not even have a ski hill. Your spirit shapes the ski runs, builds the lodges, and so much more!

For this season, we need the following duties tackled:

  • Thinning
  • Piling and burning brush
  • Cutting and stacking firewood for the lodge, voodoo, and ski shack
  • Cleaning the inside and outside of the lodge as well as the windows cleaned
  • Cleaning the inside and outside of the voodoo as well as the windows cleaned
  • Bathrooms cleaned
  • Trash picked up around the ski hill
  • Ski runs cleared and opened up

Please check in when you arrive with a hill manager for a specific task for the day. You are responsible for coming prepared for the day (e.g. appropriate clothes, food, water, work gloves, and your own equipment if you have it).

Contact Scott Miller if you have any questions and coordinate cleaning supplies if you plan on cleaning the lodge or voodoo.
