Annual Member Meeting November 8, 2026

The annual member meeting will occur on Sunday, November 9. After the fall workday from 10 AM - 3 PM (we will end early that day), we will meet in the Fergi Lodge to gather and learn more about the Fergi Season.

Just so you know, everyone is welcome to attend. This is a chance to meet other Eagle Cap Ski Club members or learn what it takes to become a member. The meeting begins with a board meeting and then the general meeting.

We especially need member input around volunteer work time. Please come and provide input. This is a community hill, and it takes a village to keep it operational. The hill managers are especially looking to train individuals who would like to learn how to operate the heavy machinery at the ski hill. Another concern is looking for new individuals to step into leadership roles, like a hill manager, as our current leadership wants to keep the tradition alive as they begin to age.

This meeting has traditionally been a potluck. We encourage you to bring food to share. Can't wait to see everyone!
